• "Dr. Roubicek is the Texas Police Chief Leadership Series (TPCLS) Friday 'closer' and he is excellent at his job. The chiefs respond extremely well to him during their last day of a 40-hour, 5-day training week. It's not an easy job "taming the tigers" but he does a great job.   I have worked in Criminal Justice Case Management for 12 years, and no one has come close to giving an intelligent, articulate, well-organized, humorous, meaningful, and useful seminar like the one Dr. Roubicek

• This entire presentation was very well received and was very valuable to me. The presentation is the best of the entire course. I wish I could've spent 8 hours listening to Dr. Roubicek. What he teaches is so valuable to all managers.
